Maintenance and Villa Management
Even new properties may occasionally need a bit of light maintenance, a leaky tap, a toilet that doesn’t flush or a cupboard door that just won’t close properly. These minor problems although small, can be irritating to owners or visiting guests and can be easily rectified without the need for calling in individual tradesmen by taking out a yearly management contract with ourselves.
