growing valley renowned for its local wines, pastries, sausages
and bodega's where you get wine straight from the barrel.
The villa is beautifully situated in
a quiet location, with stunning rural views from every window,
yet only 5 minutes walk from the town centre where there
are numerous bars, restaurants and shops. The property benefits
from being luxuriously furnished, with its own private grounds
and pool.

Within a
10 minute drive you will reach the lovely sandy beaches
of Calpe, where there is a large selection of shops, restaurants
and bars. 20 minutes away is Benidorm with its Theme Park
(Terra Mitica), Mundomar (Sea World) and Aqualandia (Water
Park) as well as its lively nightlife. The local fiestas
in Jalon begin in August, and should not be missed if visiting
at this time.

A car is essential to visit the numerous varied attractions
along the Costa Blanca. Please bring own beach towels.
Competitive car hire prices can be arranged. A basic
grocery welcome pack can be arranged for your arrival
at an additional £15. Booking deposit 50%. Balance
to be paid 6 weeks prior to holiday. Refundable damage
deposit £200. *A cleaning cost of £30 is
chargeable and can be paid in advance or left in the
villa at the end of your stay. If you require mid-stay
changeovers, please book these in advance. |
