Spanish Property Prices on the Rise

Spanish property prices riseAnnual property prices in Spain have increased for the first time in six years, according to Eurostat figures, and property permits under Coastal Act have been increased by 45 years

Spanish property owners have received two pieces of good news with confirmation that prices are rising and the extension of the Coastal Act permit by 45 years.

The Spanish property price increase of 0.8%, its first annual Eurostat rise since 2008, and a healthy quarterly rise of 1.7% is further confirmation that Spanish property market is bottoming out.
