Downstairs is a specially designed 'family unit' sleeping area, with one double and one twin in two rooms separated with an archway, with en-suite shower room.

The property is completely secluded, surrounded by acres of orange groves, and a small stream of crystal clear mountain water which provides the irrigation system - yet local facilities are all nearby.

There are two separate walled patio areas, and an upstairs terrace benefitting from beautiful views over the countryside to the mountains. The huge swimming pool is set in a third paved sun terrace and has a separate children's area, pool lighting, diving area, and a mature cactus garden as a backdrop.

Gandia is an almost undiscovered part of the Costa Blanca and is still almost 100% Spanish. The rural secluded setting of this property together with the relatively close proximity of the busy town of Gandia with its broad promenade, excellent shops and restuarants and splendid beach makes it a perfect choice for those seeking a luxurious and relaxing break. Alicante airport is just 70 minutes drive or Valencia airport 45 minutes. The large city of Valencia, which is Spain's 3rd largest city is 40 minutes drive by car. The historic town Oliva and its long stretch of sandy beaches and sand dunes is also within a 10 minute drive. For golfers, Oliva has an 18 hole championship golf course designed by Spanish golfing legend Severiono Balesteros.

Just 45 mins drive south is Benidorm, where you will find Aqualandia (aqua park), Mundomar (Seaworld) and the new theme park Terra Mitica. 20 minutes south by car, and you will find Denia, the bustling fishing & ferry port with ferries to Ibiza or Majorca. There are also regular boat trips to Javea and glass bottom boats for viewing life underwater.
