Annual property management prices will vary according to size of property. Cleaning costs also vary according to number of bedrooms and outside areas involved. Prices quoted below for cleaning do not apply to holders of an annual contract. Cleaning prices under the contract are cheaper. Keyholding Only:	Annual charge £150 / 220 Euros
Rentals:	20% of weekly rental price

Cleaning only:
All cleaning rates include a high standard of clean, all cleaning materials and laundry.	2 bed - £50, 3 bed - £60, 4 bed - £70 (may be extra for larger than average properties, large external areas or additional levels).
Includes a high standard of clean & all cleaning materials. House and small terraces. Additional areas will incur a small surcharge.
Spring Clean: (advisable beginning and end of season)	House and small terraces. Additional areas will be charged accordingly.

3 bed	£100 / 144 Euros
4 bed	£130 / 190 Euros
5 bed	£150 / 217 Euros
