for Annual Property Management Agreements
What price the security and peace of mind of your Spanish
investment? Our annual property management agreements are
designed so that you can be assured that your home is secure
and in safe hands.
Keyholding - Up to 3 sets of keys will
be held in a safe in our Jalon office. Keys can be made
available to visiting owners, tradesmen or guests. Owners
will be requested to leave copies of a specimen signature
and proof of Identity. Anyone requesting the keys from us
should have a signed letter with the same signature and
proof of ID. Owners should contact us in the event that
someone will be requesting the keys.
Annual Charge: £150 for keyholding services only.
Under a Premium Management Service, keyholding
is included.

Gardening, watering of plants, patio sweeping and hosing
down, pool maintenance and any other services not mentioned
in the Agreements, are not included in the above costs and
will be charged accordingly according to our clients specific
requirements.
