Work in the Property Management Business in Spain - Franchise Opportunity

We are offering a property management business opportunity in Spain within our Company to cover areas that we are unable to cover. We are based in the north Costa Blanca, but get many enquiries for other areas of Spain - mainly the south Costa Blanca, Costa Calida and now Almeria, which we are unable to cover from our present location, as well as Costa de Sol, Costa Brava and even the Canary Islands. At present, we are operating through agents who cover our business for us on a 'pay as you go' basis, meaning they just get paid for each individual job they do for us, but it is not an ideal situation.

* Exclusive areas in which to operate
* Full back up, support and advice from the Company

* Re-direction of enquiries from Central Group to your location
* Sharing of Commissions on Property Sales and Investment Sales (should you decide to become involved on this side of the business)

The potential earnings from the property management business in Spain are high, imagine you have just 4 properties on full management - each is rented at £600 in high season (approximately mid July - 6th September) and you earn 20% of the rental income.
