Dear Debbie,
Holiday makers are now managing to enjoy some
winter sunshine whilst staying in our villas and
apartments on the Costa Blanca and Costa Calida
coast lines, despite the fact that we have
experienced the worst winter in 27 years. I was in
Villayosa at the weekend looking like a tourist myself
in a tee-shirt and sun screen rubbed into my arms.

This follows a spell of cold and wintery weather, with
winds up to 80km per hour. The gales kept some of
the local fishing fleets in harbour. Therefore this
winter sun was much appreciated by all. The cold
weather brought several calls to the office as our
guests did not anticipate (or appreciate) the low
temperatures. Our maintance team was able to
answer the calls and sort out the heating problems
they had. We ensured a happy holiday for all.
