Our office is based on the Mojacar Pueblo from where we cover an area of approximately 20 kilometre radius, which we feel is about right to ensure that our service is never compromised by excessive journey times.
One of the 'setting up' requirements for the new office was signage, which we thought long and hard about before deciding on their looks and what they should say.
The question we wanted to answer was: What as a business should we be offering our clients to ensure that we can meet or exceed their expectations?
The answers to the question we decided would be publicised to make up our external main sign board and to become our mission. These are:

There are a number of companies offering property related services in the area but very few from our experience and research who are committed to delivering to high standards.
It's often the case that fee rates are lowered to attract clients onto the books and the numbers game is being heavily played i.e. the more clients the more money we will make! In the very short-term it can sometimes work but inevitably the services offered will be compromised and the client feeling let down will go elsewhere.
We are in this business for the long-term hence the reason for operating under an established (Citrus Iberia) infrastructure and investing heavily to ensure that we can now live up to the standards we have set.
